>> Reminder

All Player Licences will expire on 31st July 2009 and will therefore need to be renewed for next season.

Previous licence holders from last season will automatically receive an invitation to renew and these will be sent out early July - in this letter details will be included on how to renew your licence online. The Online Licence process will be made available from 15th July 2009.

New licences cannot be produced until after the last ranking computer run on 29th July 2009. At this point we can then start to issue new licences.

For those who cannot or wish not to aquire their licence online it will still be possible to return your invitation to renew with your cheque or, you can call Jennifer Sherwin on 01424 722525 ext.209 and pay with a debit/credit card. Licence applications for new players can also be downloaded above.

The only exceptions by rule for holding a player licence are: Local League competitions, County Championships, National knock-out competitions, ETTA approved and 1 star open tournaments.

Non-English Players

All players who are members of other national associations must have a current licence or pay the single tournament fee unless they provide the ETTA with proof of nomination for that competition from their home association. Such proof must be in writing and must be received by the ETTA General Secretary at the association’s head office prior to the start of the competition.
